Z snuggles up with Tilly on the sofa

It's very quiet around here, as Wink has gone back home to Wiltshire and Weeza and Phil are visiting his parents in the Midlands. I thought you might like to see Zerlina enjoying her Christmas dinner.

I went over to buy the dishwasher and it'll be delivered on Friday afternoon (that was a non sequitur, by the way).

I shall be very busy next week when Al and family are on holiday, so I'll do as little as possible before then. Yes, I know it would be sensible to do lots of housework and cooking in advance. Not quite 'me' though, is it? - sensible, that is. I do have some things to do first, but they can wait until this evening at least.

That's about it. The Sage has just brought me a cup of tea. I shall cuddle my dog and read for an hour or so.

Looks as if she enjoyed her Christmas dinner, by the empty plate and the lovely smile she`s got.

It was just a little baby rice, but she enjoyed it. I think she liked feeling part of the action too, eating along with the rest of us.

Oooooh sweet little Buttercup! She looks so cute and happy. Bet Tilly enjoyed the spillage off the tray.

The other two learned very early how amusing it was to drop bits of food for Tilly. Not surprisingly, she's very happy when they come round for lunch.

She is coming on very well! She's lost her newborn look altogether, she's a fully-fleged Baby now.

I know, it doesn't last long, does it?

I was interested to see that the only brands that JL had on show and in stock were Bosch, Miele, Siemens and their own brand, although the full range were on the website.

It's this one - http://www.johnlewis.com/230423622/Product.aspx
- excuse my not linking. Thrown in was a set of saucepans (that offer expires tomorrow, so I haven't put in the link to that as presumably it will vanish) which my sister would quite like to have if I don't want them. I did find it cheaper online, without the pans, but that didn't include the 5 year warranty.
