You Are 89% Thankful |
You're an incredibly thankful person, and everyone around you feels very appreciated. You inspire people to be more optimistic, forgiving, and grateful. |
As far as I'm concerned that's true and I hope you do feel appreciated. I don't aspire to inspire however, that would be a bit presumptuous.
Oh, I got a brief but spontaneous outburst of applause (from about three people) this morning. Welcoming the audience to the first lecture of this year, I hoped that they were well and, if they'd had any of the illnesses going round over the past few weeks, they had made a quick recovery. "I've been lucky and not been ill at all," I added. "I put great faith in the antiseptic effect of good red wine." So, it seems, do some of the gentlemen in the audience.

Murph, I'm at least 80% thankful for you.
Cheers, HDWK!
Ohh I'm up there with you in the high eighties!
Pass the red wine, the bottle is still half full.
83%! And yes, Z, we are pretty happy and hopeful here in the U.S. today.
But you do though. Inspire, etc, that is.
ps Either one is thankful, or one is not. I didn't know there were degrees of thankfulness.
Well, presumably some days one may be thankful, or thankful about some things, but not others, thus making an average level of thankfulness over the year.
Me, I nver suffer from mood swings. Ho ho.
And there are degrees in awareness of thankfulness. I take a lot less for granted than I used to.
Ho ho indeed, Dave. Not at all.
I got 81%. I then put in the answers I would have chosen a year ago and got 49%, which just goes to show that time is a great healer.
I'm glad you feel on the way up. Just think how good life will be when your girls aren't teenagers any more.
0%.......hehe
Miserable fucker, I don't believe a word of it!
I guess wanting to be more thankful doesn't count. But, I'm a great speller.
