The blog party is confirmed for Saturday, 16th August. You're welcome to come and to stay over - but if you're staying more than a couple of nights, it would be better to make it the week leading up to the party please, as I'm keeping my options open for the second half of August!

Sad news
Sorry, folks, to be the bearer of bad news, but the little bantam didn't come round after the operation. Thanks for your good wishes, the Sage is very touched that you care.

Thanks, dears. It's more stressful for outdoor pets than for domestic ones, being handled by strangers, but we thought she'd be all right.
ReplyDeleteOh no. This is only one step (well maybe a couple) away from the death of a child! Especially for the midwife, aka the Sage. So very sorry, my dears. At least she never woke up, and so died peacefully.
