Riata in chunks rather than shredded... interesting, I'm going to try that! Can you post me some of your rice please?

  4. I was getting it ready with the children's help before bedtime and I didn't know where Dilly kept all her utensils so the preparation ended up a bit basic - but the raita tasted fine. The rice had garlic, ginger, chilli and garam masala in. I didn't get around to cooking the carrot or turnip (I had the children earlier than expected) but picked an aubergine to put in the prawn dish. And yes, I finished the meal with raspberries.

  5. It was, and it didn't take long. The poor Sage had a burger on Liverpool St Station.

  6. Raita or tzatziki? Looks good, anyway. It would be uncivil to wish somebody 'bon appetit' after they've eaten, so I wish you 'bonne digestion' instead.

  7. Raita - it was all from a Madhur Jaffrey book. I confess, in view of babysitting duties, the lentils - though not the additions to them - came from a tin.

  9. Yup, Ziggi. Can't deny it ;-)

He goes reasonably well on them too, Rog.
