Letters to the Editor

My word. I saw that one of the letters in today's Times was written by a friend of ours. Excitedly, I read it out to the Sage. Then I noticed that another letter, on a different subject, was written by another friend.

Such synchronicity - I'm deeply impressed.

Are you telling us that your letter to the Times's editor wasn't published? How dare they?

  2. Mr Banana, how you do tease. I'm not nearly busy and important enough to write letters to the Times.

  3. I once had a nice letter from the DT editor. Tall, black straight hair, writes army books, wife called Pat. Bother!
There's and M in it somewhere.

  5. I work up to names by the number of letters - '7 letters, two syllables, accent on the first' .......
    my family think I'm odd.
