Z is supplanted in the Sage's Affections!!!! !

There is nothing to be done. My husband has transferred his loving attentions to Another.

Big Pinkie is an elderly cow. She has reached the age when she would not normally be bred or milked. Normally, such a cow would be sent to the abattoir. However, Jonathan loves her - as do all of us. He wants her to live out her days in peaceful retirement. So she's come to live with us.

Also living with us are quite a lot of pheasants. There have been several nests this year.

The Owl Trust chap visited again this morning. He found a lot of barn own pellets around the box, but no sign of youngsters having been reared. Maybe it's a young bird that has taken over the box and there will be a nest next year.

Would you look at that? The cow looks so happy to have the Sage's attention! How sweet.

I lean towards him with my eyes closed too, and where does it get me?

He feeds her apples and cabbages. And brushes flies from her ears.

Men can be fickle creatures but I can see the attraction, what a beautiful old lady she is. So lucky to live out her days with that kind of love and attention.

Such a fortunate cow to have found such good people as you!

Thank Christ for that.

I thought it was another of your obscenities.

Doesn't look very pink.

I didn't name her, Dave.

Another one, Dand? remember a couple of instances of mild salaciousness, but I'm not normally obscene, even in the privacy of the village pub, let alone at home.

Jamie and Caitlin, she is a dear old girl, but it's the farmer who deserves all credit.

Wow how cool to have a cow as a house guest. Only Z & The sage !.

I think she makes a brilliant pet. She loves to be cuddled and she'll eat all the cabbage and carrot trimmings. She hasn't mastered going upstairs, so Wink's position in the spare bed is secure, but otherwise she's part of the family.
